Not sure which lesson you need?
Most students don't know, and that's fine. Call and describe your situation in plain language — “my husband bought me a gun and I'm afraid of it,” “I want my carry permit,” “I can't hit anything past ten yards.” The right starting point is usually obvious within two minutes of conversation.
If you don't own a firearm, that is not an obstacle. Training firearms are available, and many students deliberately take a lesson before buying so they aren't guessing in a gun store.
